Consultancy Project. Feasibility study for a mixed use development in the Central Business District, opposite the American Embassy. The development comprises 55,000 sqm of floor space inside 2 tall buildings (10 + 17 stories respectively) with common facilities at the lower levels. There is a multi-storey car park, offices, apartments, a hotel, shops, restaurants and conference facilities.
