AISA Staff Housing Complex
Full Consultancy Services (Architectural + Structural + MEP services + Project Management) for the proposed housing project for AISA’s international staff. The project contains 41 apartments, BQ’s, a Club House with Swimming Pool and Energy Centre and started in 2015 as an architectural competition which we won. Soon afterwards we were engaged as AISA’s main consultant. Construction started late 2016 and the project was handed over early 2019.
